Drywors (dried Sausage) originated from Namibia and South Africa. It is a thin sausage spiced with coriander seed. Our Drywors is also made from 100% Australian beef, and Rumo is used to ensure the highest quality. Usually, it is dried in warm, dry conditions, unlike salami, which is dried in relatively cold and humid conditions.

I’ve been shopping around multiple online retailers for drywurst, even having bought them all once or twice and this has to be the best drywurst. It’s the most consistent, never arrives with a rank sour taste that can be due to delivery times. Meaty, with ample amounts of fat content.
I received my first drywurst on the playground when I was at school around 13 years ago, I thought it was an odd looking treat, a South African boy used to bring it to school and share it with me every second day. The flavour, taste and texture in your drywurst reminds me of those days.
