Boerewors is derived from the Afrikaans words “Boer” (“farmer”) and “wors” (“sausage”). Boerewors is also rich flavour and can be made from different recipes for different flavours.
Our Boerewors are also made from 100% Australian Beef and top quality rump is minced only once thru a 10mm mince plate to ensure the original course texture of Boerewors.

How can something be this good! There are proper rustic pieces of beef in this sausage, it isn’t anything like sausage meat, it’s like you took home some excellent quality rump steak then chopped it finely with a sharp knife and put it in a bag. It’s the best textured sausage I have ever had and the mildly spiced flavour on this on is incredibly. Highly recommended.
