Boerewors originated in South Africa. It is an important part of South African cuisine and is popular across Southern Africa. Boerewors is derived from the Afrikaans words “Boer” (“farmer”) and “wors” (“sausage”). Boerewors is also rich flavour and can be made from different recipes for different flavours.
Our Boerewors are also made from 100% Australian Beef and top quality rump is minced only once thru a 10mm mince plate to ensure the original course texture of Boerewors.

I’m on the carnivore diet so I need to aim for zero carb, mainly high quality beef. At about half the price of a good steak this boerwors has the correct nutritional profile and tastes amazing. This is soooooo much better than Aldi, Costco, colesworths or any other supermarket boerwors I’ve tasted, clean proper beef pieces inside, no sugar and absolutely delicious.

CHEESE BOERWORS: This is a proper cheese sausage, I’ve had “cheese” versions of other small goods and you can’t tell the difference from plain or there’s a few random bits of cheese here and there but not this. This is a cheesy as a Fabio butter commercial, I can’t believe how so much creamy delicious luxurious cheesy goodness can be stuffed into a single sausage!!! This tastes a lot like a cheese kransky but is made from beef not pork. Amazing in every way
